Comprehensive Natural Gas Conditioning and Processing

FB Group has extensive track records in both onshore and offshore domain for natural gas conditioning. As single source manufacturer, we deliver gas processing solutions like TEG (Tri-Ethylene Glycol) and TSA (Temperature Swing Absorption) Units, Pressure reduction and Flow Metering packages for a variety of gas operations. Our units comply to the highest emission standards and are equipped with state of the art technology and components.

One source, from design through to delivery

Acting as a single source manufacturer means FB Group can take a natural gas conditioning project from design, through fabrication and testing, to delivery under one point of responsibility. This reduces the number of interfaces a client has to manage across a project, since engineering, procurement and workshop fabrication are coordinated internally rather than split across multiple suppliers. It also allows lessons learned on one project, whether onshore or offshore, to feed directly into the design of the next.

TEG and TSA units for gas dehydration

TEG units use Tri-Ethylene Glycol to absorb water from a natural gas stream, keeping the gas within the water content specification required for pipeline transport and downstream processing. TSA units achieve a similar result using Temperature Swing Adsorption, cycling an adsorbent bed between adsorption and regeneration phases to remove water or other impurities. Offering both technologies allows FB Group to match the dehydration method to a project’s specific gas composition, throughput and site requirements, rather than applying a single approach to every situation.

Pressure reduction and flow metering packages

Beyond dehydration, natural gas operations often need equipment to bring gas down to a lower, usable pressure and to accurately measure the volumes being delivered or consumed. Pressure reduction packages step gas pressure down safely and consistently for downstream users, while flow metering packages provide the accurate measurement needed for custody transfer, allocation or process control. Together with the TEG and TSA units, these packages cover several of the core conditioning steps that natural gas typically requires between the wellhead and its final point of use.

Built to the highest emission standards

Every unit is designed to comply with the highest emission standards, an important consideration given that gas conditioning processes, such as glycol regeneration, can otherwise release volatile organic compounds if not properly controlled. Combining state of the art technology and components with this emission focused design approach allows FB Group’s natural gas equipment to support both reliable operations and the broader environmental goals of the energy transition.
